Additional Information about Amino Acids and Usage
Iso Whey Clear contains essential amino acids (such as BCAAs) that contribute to muscle recovery and maintenance. Per serving, it contains, among other things, 9.4 grams of essential amino acids and 4.4 grams of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs).
To prepare a drink, it is recommended to mix 25 grams of powder with 275 ml of water. You can use the product after training or as a light protein-rich refreshment throughout the day.
