Mix one scoop (37 g = 2.5 tablespoons = 1 scoop) with 100 ml water or skim milk. Shake or stir vigorously until the mixture resembles traditional pancake batter. Then pour into a non-stick pan and cook on medium-high heat until golden brown on both sides (1–2 minutes per side, depending on batter thickness). Experiment with batter thickness, pancake size and cooking time to achieve your desired pancakes. Store in the refrigerator after preparation and consume within 1 day!
